A: 90% use of the chrome ore is manufacturing an Alloy, which is called Ferro Chrome, which is used in manufacturing Stainless Steel. 7% use of chrome ore is in manufacturing the chemicals for pigments, leather and tening industries. and 3% chrome ore is used in Refractory Industry, due to it’s high melting point, it is used to make Chrome Bricks, used in Furnaces.
